REFUND POLICY
All refund requests should be emailed to [email protected] with the following information included:
- Player name
- Parent name
- Division
- Reason for refund request
Please note the following:
- Any transaction fee incurred by Maidu Little League will be subtracted from your refund.
- After the registration period for your division has closed, but before the teams are formed, a $20.00 transaction fee will be subtracted from your refund.
- No refunds will be issued after teams are formed and/or players have been drafted.
- No refunds will be issued if the player or their associated family have been dismissed or suspended from the league due to unsportsmanlike conduct or not abiding by the Maidu Little League Code of Conduct.
- All APPROVED refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of the request.
