Manager and Coach Training

Maidu LL provides free coaching, first aid and safety training to all managers, coaches and league officials. The league encourages managers and coaches to attend all available training each season. All Managers and coaches are required to complete fingerprinting, background checks, Diamond Leader Training, CDC Heads Up Concussion Training, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Prevention Training and Safe Sport Abuse Awareness for Adults.

All managers, coaches, and league administrators (board members), and umpires are required by the state of California to complete the following safety trainings annually and submit documentation to the Safety Officer. The Safety Officer will maintain a record of all completed training. Please email all completed training certificates to[email protected]
